We're looking for a third flatmate to join our flat for 6 months from 1st September in Mile End. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Mile End station (Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines) and a 2 minute walk from Victoria Park.
The rent is £790 p/m and bills come to roughly £135 p/m at the moment. There is 0 deposit and you would sign up to a 0 deposit insurance policy as required by the Landlord.
The room comes with a double bed and a clothes rail.
The main benefit is the great sized garden and shed with bike storage available for use. There is a separate lounge and kitchen.
You would be sharing with Jon (Graphic Designer) and myself (Solicitor) who are both 29 and easy going. We tend to work from home half of the week.
