Lovely bright double room available in Mile End/ Bow in friendly house share.

One of our lovely housemates is leaving so therefore we have a double room up for grabs. We would like to keep it a mixed house so therefore looking for a female.

Mixed gender house with 3 females and 3 males. Age range 30-36. Only looking for people the same age 🙂.

Bills
Around £100 (Gas, Electric, Water and weekly cleaner)

Room available around 16th June but may be some flexibility.

We are a Social house with entire ground floor for living space, big kitchen/ dining/ living room area which follows onto the garden. We're looking for someone who is social and would like to join in on house drinks/ pub trips/ movie nights and BBQs etc.
