**The room is only available for a short let from 1st December until 26th December, with the minimum consider of 1week**

We are looking for a friendly like-minded person in their 20's/early 30's. Must be a clean person who look after the house and respect each others' privacy.
The room may be available for couples for an extra £100 per week

This is a flat with loads of storage throughout to keep extra belongings/bikes, and a large kitchen dinner with a rooftop balcony with 180 degrees views from Stratford to the City and The Shard

All bills will be included in the rent.

The flat has great connection to City Center via Central Line, and Canary Wharf via DLR or by Bus (only 10min commute).
House is located 8/9min walk from Mile End station and 7min from Devons Road st.

House is located in an ideal location to do your shopping. Literally next door are 2 local mini supermarkets and a NISA offlicense supermarket. And just 5min walk there is a LIDL Supermarket and a Tesco opposite LIDL.
