We are looking for a third person for a tenancy replacement. This is a 3 bedroom apartment, right by Mile End Park. It is suitably situated; takes abut 20 minutes to go to the City of London, and 15 minutes to go to Canary Wharf.
The apartment is on the fourth floor, and gets lots of light. The room is west-facing, and is really pleasant in the summer. It comes with an en-suite (pictures attached).
At the moment it is occupied by myself, and Bradley. We are both working professionals in our late 20s. Looking for someone clean - most important of all.
We are looking initially for someone to take over a 10 month contract, with an opportunity to renew later, if everything works out. The move-in date in April is flexible.
