We are looking for a like-minded individual who will take care of the house as their own and get along well with their flatmates. While a female tenant would be preferred to maintain a good balance in the household, male applicants will also be considered.

Council Tax, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible only for gas and electricity bills.
