So we’re finding for 2 individuals (male and female both preferred) for 2 separate rooms, a shared kitchen and shared washroom. Both are double bedded large rooms with ample storage space and washing machine is also provided free of cost. Utility bills are only like 46.5 pounds per month per person along with rent of 645 pounds. It’s a very good deal, mile end station is just 2 mins walking distance, Sainsbury is 3 minutes and Tesco is 5 minutes walk. KFC, Starbucks, subway, 24*7 off liscene stores and a nearby gym is also available. Vegans and Non Vegetarians are both preferred.
Total bills (including council tax and electricity and gas and water and WiFi plus rent) = 692 pounds per month! (Cheap cheap cheap)
