Double Room for April to Begininning of May £1200

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from April to the beginning of May whilst I’m abroad ✨

THE ROOM/FLAT:
The room is massive! Double bed, large desk, lots of floor space. The rest of the flat is super cosy, a proper girls flat, with THE BEST housemates. We have a kitchen/living area, down stairs loo, upstairs bathroom. My bedroom is on the same floor as the kitchen and the other bedrooms are upstairs with the main bathroom.

FLAT VIBE:
We have the best vibe in the flat. It’s very cosy, we all do our own thing but have family vibes. We try to do something altogether once a month, like a flat meal, have lots of kitchen chats, share coffee and kitchen utensils. It’s such a warm cosy and supportive environment. All working professionals, half working from home half from an office. Not a party flat at all, more cosy and homely 💞

We have:
🐝 Bee: mum of the flat! A language specialist, gym bunny and the best soup maker around! Plus, big into crafting, think handmade cards galore

🎂 Ananya: hobby queen! Assistant producer and go getter - either she’s salsa-ing it up, learning a new language, or off to gigs - she’s always doing something exciting!
(Ananya is also going away travelling and is also subletting her room around this time!)

⭐️ Irum: your new big sister! Child therapist, amazing chef, and ultimate tea maker! I’ve spent many evenings drinking amazing homemade tea, chatting about everything and anything and laughing my head off

LOCATION:
Location is amazing. Right off Roman Road where there’s a bunch of cute cafes and bakeries, less than 5 mins away is the canal which leads to beautiful Victoria Park in less than 10 mins. And we have Mile End station also 10 mins away with the central, circle and district line, plus loads of bus stops around.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally we’d like someone aged around 30 and a working professional. Someone who has their own hobbies but wants to take part in the family, sharing vibe of the flat. We are also after someone super duper clean and tidy. We are a no shoes in the flat flat and all chip in to make the place a lovely, clean space to be in. We also pay for a cleaner to come every few months to do a deep clean (and I’m hoping for someone who can also keep my room fresh and clean also).

RENT AND BILLS:
Rent and bills for the whole period of the sublet, 1st April - 7th May is £1200. I’m flexible on the dates so will do the maths on the rent/bills for however long you are in the flat :D
