2x double bedrooms in large houseshare

Both my housemates are sadly moving out (one to get his own place, and the other is moving in with his girlfriend, very exciting!) so I am looking for two lovely new housemates to take their place.

The house:
A large 3 bedroom house on a quiet residential road backing onto the Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park. The rooms are both a decent size with lots of natural light. It has a large living room and separate kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and there is a basement for extra storage. Only 8 minutes walk to Mile End station, so very easy to get into central (central, district and Hammersmith and city).

About me:
I'm Monty, and I work in Visual Effects. I love all the norms - films, pubbing, exhibitions, the gym, and music (preparing for primavera this year as a glasto replacement).

About you:
A professional wanting to make a house a home who is friendly, relaxed and clean but also respectful of peoples space and privacy. Ideally someone who doesn’t work from home all the time. This isn’t a party house, but wine and cheese/film nights are definitely welcome!

As I was filming a lot of last year and went travelling for a bit, I am quite new to Mile End so will also be exploring the area. I sometimes look after my friend’s dog, so if you’re not a dog lover this might not be the place for you.

Move in dates:
Bedroom 1 - 1st April
Bedroom 2 - 19/20th April

Boring stuff:
Rent - £740 each per month
Bills - Around £150 each per month
Deposit - £800
