We are looking for a fourth amigo to join us in refreshing our tenancy as the others go on pastures new. Two of us, Dan and Paddy, have recently joined Beccy (good friend and existing tenant of the flat) in renewing the contract, but we need you!

As you’ve hopefully concluded so far from the pictures, the flat is spacious, clean, well located, and not to mention very well priced. Bills come to about £150 each in total and we’ll all chip in for a bi-weekly cleaner to spruce the place up (about £40 a month each). Two of the bedrooms rooms are ensuite, so you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person (Dan) only, and there is a downstairs bathroom for guests.

The tenancy starts on 4 April 2026. This is non-negotiable.

A bit about us below…

Beccy works in PR at a fintech in Canary Wharf. When not working, she is typically at the gym, thrifting, reading and exploring new areas in London.

Paddy is a town planner at a consultancy in Central London, working primarily on housing projects. In his spare time he enjoys listening to and playing music, getting outdoors, and the odd trip to the pub. He also hosts a monthly open mic night in Clerkenwell.

Dan is a sports marketing consultant based in Holborn. He leads an active lifestyle, regularly playing football, running and training at the gym. He also enjoys attending music events, travelling and spending time with family and friends.

We’ve all lived in London for the last 3-4 years, been friends longer than that, and have strong individual track records as reliable and considerate tenants. We are out and about a fair bit, but enjoy socialising when we can and want the flat to be a homely place where we base and share our lives.
