Room in large shared house in Bow

Looking for a replacement for my room in Bow.

Top floor room inarge shared house in Bow, moving in with 5 others, 3 males and 2 females with ranges of professions. Age ranges from late 20s to mid 30s.

Even though this is a six person house it's split over four floors and has plenty of space, including large communal ground floor, two bathrooms and garden.

The room itself is decent sized and on the third floor, quiet with south facing window. Room comes with bed, desk and large wardrobe. There is also some storage in the house.

This is definitely a home rather than a house and even though everyone is respectful of people's needs. There is chatting in the kitchen and the occasional meal, pub trip, etc. Looking for someone that fits that, vibe - chilled, social and considerate.

Technical bits;

Rent is £782.95 and water, gas, electric, (good) internet and weekly cleaner comes to around £90 we also use Monzo to to split communal things like loo roll, cleaning products (bought in bulk).

The area is great, a few mins walk from Mile End station, Victoria Park and Roman Road.

The room is available from the 28th of March
