A lovely room in our cosy five-bedroom house will be available and we're looking for someone who will feel right at home with us.

🏡 The Room & House
The room is located on the first floor and comes in a fully furnished home. You'll be sharing a bathroom (toilet, shower & bathtub) with two other girls.

The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped, featuring:
- A fully fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, and more)
- Washing machine & dryer
- A charming garden, perfect for relaxing in warmer months

💡Bills & Practical Details
Bills are NOT included and typically come to around £95 per month (water, Wi-Fi, gas & electricity depending on usage)

Council tax band D (cost depends on your personal circumstances)
