Cosy furnished room close to Mile End

Hello, I'm leaving my gorgeous flatshare in April because I'm moving into my own place, and need to find a lovely 30+ woman to take my place.

The flat has a large living/dining area and four bedrooms, one bathroom with bath/shower and an extra toilet.

A huge plus of my room is that it has it's own sink, so you can do all your skincare in there!

It's super close to Mile End tube so very well connected.

The other three girls are professionals working a mix on 5 days a week in the office and hybrid. We're looking for another working woman to take my place.

You need to be clean and tidy, respectful of noise, and a good housemate etc.

The lease is until mid September but can be extended very easily. Bills are approx £155 per month, including a cleaner who comes twice a month.

The room is officially available from the 16th of April but you might be able to move in earlier as I'm aiming to move Easter weekend.
