Property info
The property is own by a private landlord that collects rent every month. Bills are paid by the residents, every person takes care of paying one and the difference is calculated at the end of the month, if you move here you will take care of the water and internet bills (about 105 ppm). There are three other tenants in the property, we have different live styles and are not social between each other but are always cordial and respectful.
Location: the house is located 5 minutes from Mile End station, Mile End and Victoria park are 10 minutes.
NOTE: There is a leak on the room that will be fix by the landlord, plumbers have come to assess the property and the council will come to check today (24 march 2026). The tenancy lease ends by the end of June but the landlord is willing to renovate.
