Hello! :)

We’re currently looking for someone to take over a spacious double bedroom, as our current flatmate is moving away.

The room is available from 1st May until mid-August, when the tenancy ends.

About the house:
It’s a 5-bedroom house with 1 bathroom, an additional separate toilet, a cosy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
We also have a lovely patio, perfect for barbecues or enjoying your morning coffee (our neighbour’s cat may stop by to say hello while sunbathing)!
We also have a basement/cellar in case you need to store any belongings (there's plenty of space)!
The house is on a quiet street, right next to a beautiful pond, and just a 10-minute walk from Victoria Park.

The room:
A spacious double bedroom with plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, a set of drawers, a clothes rack, shelving, a table and chair (ideal for working or creative projects), plus additional storage.

Transport & local area:
The house is just a 4-minute walk from Mile End Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants only 3 minutes away.

Your future housemates:
We’re a house of creatives who enjoy socialising but also really value our own space. We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy, and considerate. We’ve made this house a home and would love to share it with someone kind. We enjoy the occasional pub quiz together, but no pressure to join every time! :)

Bills:
Not included in the rent, and come to around £100/month (covering WiFi, council tax, water, gas, and electricity).
