Double bedroom on beautiful square

Hi,

I'm moving out after many happy years living in this home and looking for someone to take over my gorgeous room in a wonderful house!

It's a double room and comes with bed, wardrobe, drawers, side table, desk on request, and has its own sink. The room is really lovely, lots of natural light and it looks over the peaceful park square.

You'll be sharing with 3 other professional women in their 30's - 40's. Everyone is kind, considerate and clean and we're looking for similar! There is a big shared living room and kitchen, which has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave + oven. The house has 2 bathrooms, one is just a toilet and sink, and then the larger bathroom has a shower, toilet and bath.

The house overlooks a quiet square, and it really feels like nature is all around. It's a 4-min walk to Mile End station, lots of buses locally, and there are parking permits available if you have a car.
There's an express Tesco/Sainsburys/Co-Op all within a 5-minute walk. Roman Road is about 10 minutes away, lots of nice shops and cafes and Victoria Park for chilling in the summer!

Bills are not included and are the following per person, approx, per month:

Council tax: £71 (bandF)
TV license, Sky TV and internet: £26
water: £21
Monthly kitty (for toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc): £7.50
Gas + electric: Summer approx. £30, Winter approx. £70 so an average £50
Cleaning agency fee: £6.25

Total: £180 approx p/m

Our cleaner comes every two weeks and we take turns in paying, so it's £28 every 8 weeks per person.

Security deposit is £910

Move in date is May 16th (poss flexible)

This is taking over my tenancy until the 18th September 2026, when the contract will be renewed.
