We are looking for a new housemate for our beautiful 5 bedroom house in Tredegar Square, Mile End. The room is available from May 3, with the contract officially starting on May 5.
- About the room:
The rent is £793, excluding bills, which typically come to around £100. The deposit is approx £895.
The room is fully furnished, and the landlord can provide more furniture if needed.
You will have your own en suite bathroom, with a shower and a toilet.
- About the house:
It's a terraced house across two floors, with a good sized living room and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. There is a backyard area for bike storage.
You will be living on the doorstep of Tredegar Square, a beautiful little park.
Mile End station is a 5 minute walk away with excellent transport links, and anywhere you can't get to by tube, you can get to with a bus.
- About us:
We are between 27-33 years old, all of us are working professionals.
We're a very chilled out house who like hanging out together but equally we have our own hobbies and respect each other's space and privacy. We are not a party house - although people are sometimes drinking until the early hours in the living room - and are very respectful of each other's sleep and schedules. We keep a tidy house and try to stay on top of communal areas to make sure the house is a nice space for everyone.
