Room to rent in a 6 person house share in Mile End/ Bow.
Looking for a male to keep the balance (3f/2m), current house around 30-35 so ideally looking for a similar range, might make an exception for the right person!

Even though this is a six person house, it's split over three floors and has plenty of space, including a large communal ground floor, two bathrooms and a garden.

The room itself is decent sized on the third (top) floor with an East facing window (beautiful sunlight). The room comes furnished with a bed and large wardrobe.

There is also some storage in the house.

This is definitely a home rather than a house, everyone gets along and has a chilled atmosphere. People get together in the kitchen for chats but also respect people's need for calm.

Some bills are included in rent price, then its approx £100 extra per month with a weekly cleaner.

The area is great, a few mins walk from Mile End station, Victoria Park and Roman road.

The room is available from 2nd May but flexible
