It is a light and airy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor maisonette, living with 1 other guy in Mile End / Bow.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, TV, chest of drawers and chair.

Only minutes walk away from both Mile End and Bow Road tubes and Bow Church DLR, which give quick access to both the City and Canary Wharf, as well as central London.

There is a good sized eat-in kitchen and stylish living room that leads out onto the well-kept garden.

The wide-open spaces of Victoria and Mile End Parks are only minutes walk away and there are several great gastro pubs in the neighbourhood, as well as the famous Roman Road market with its cool coffee shops, cafes and restaurants, large Tesco supermarket and plethora of high street and independent shops.

I am a friendly, creative, professional guy and after a busy day at work, I'm often at the gym or like to be able to relax quietly at home over a good meal, some TV and the occasional glass of wine. I am looking for a friendly, professional and tidy person to share my home from Monday evenings to Friday mornings.

The Number 8 bus goes directly from nearby Roman Road to Shoreditch/The City and beyond.
