Quiet double en-suite a short walk to Mile End, Stepney Green, and Limehouse stations. 10min cycle to Canary Wharf, less than 5 min walk to Queen Mary University. Mile End park is literally across the road.

Seeking a single occupant in a two-bed flatshare (with me!) to move in as soon as possible as room is available now.

Santander bike dock is one minute away and so are bus routes 309/339; Sainsbury's, and bus routes 205/25/207/D7/D6. Less than 10min walk to Mile End, Limehouse DLR or Stepney Green station. A 10min cycle to Canary Wharf or Aldgate; 15min cycle to Stratford. You can also walk along the canal straight to Limehouse or Canary Wharf in 10min and 20min, respectively.

The complex has a huge central communal garden and a large gated area at the back with bike racks and parking as well as benches looking out onto the canal (car parking in garage available but for £70). The flat itself is very quiet.

Your bedroom has loads of wardrobe space, a cabinet and a wall bookcase. There is also a small desk should you want it. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-in shower and toilet and there's a shared bathroom with a bath.

Balcony in the large open plan living room which has a widescreen smart TV and upright piano (not usually in action!), fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee machine, stovetop coffee maker, toaster, microwave, toastie maker, steamer, boiled egg maker. Big fridge and loads of cupboard space. The contractible dining table can seat up to 6 ppl, perfect for any dinner parties.

Your housemate (me!) is a media professional in her early 30s, very sociable, creative and into films, day trips, archaeology, exploring, and running! Lead a healthy lifestyle and under normal conditions would be out doing races or trail runs on the weekend and training on the track a couple of times in the week. Like cosy nights-in in the winter with a good movie. A light sleeper so not looking for someone to play loud music into the night unless it's with headphones on! Willing to share delicious home-made East Asian meals. Would be great to find someone to run/cycle with but not a prerequisite by any means :)

Considering getting a bunny (former rabbit owner) in the future so bear in mind you may have a super-cute cuddly companion in 2021 (it'll be a mini lop or dwarf lop) although nothing planned yet.
