I‘m offering my room for taking over my contract with Scape that terminates on 27th August 2022. You can renew the contract after that date with the accommodation. The weekly costs for my room are 280 Pounds/week. The room would be ready to move in from second week of July. You`ll be having a nice room with lots of storage and a personal bathroom. The kitchen is shared with the members of the floor but you have more than enough space for cooking and storing in fridge, freezer and outside. Brand new oven & personal fridege, microwave is also available. You also get fast and working wi-fi. Close to Mile End station & 20 minutes away from Central London . Scape has also a gym (included in the room price), a place to store bicycles and many communal areas. It is located on campus of Queen Mary University which offers you a on-campus summer experience and if you want to find out whether Scape is a good option for the upcoming study-year too.
