I am looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at the Scape accommodation in London! The whole procedure will be handled by the Scape and not me, so it’s through a legitimate company 🙂

No council tax! All bills included!!

Located right on Queen Mary University campus. The campus is a gated community and it is super safe. There is a lovely canal right outside the Scape building that you can walk along to rewind and refresh after long study hours.

10 min walk from Mile End tube station (Zone 2);

5-7min walking to a bus stop that takes you to central London, including universities like Imperial, UCL, KCL, UAL, City;

There are markets nearby including Coop, Sainsbury, Tesco, Aldi (next to the tube station).

Lots of restaurant options available.

Brick Lane is also at walking distance - famous vintage market street!
