Spacious Room in a Modern Building + Tube Close-by

My name is Z and I am looking for someone (ideally a student but professionals can be considered) to take over my tenancy from mid june (move in date can be negotiable) till 7th sept. You are then free continue the tenancy if you wish with a new contract after the sublet tenancy.

About the flat:

The double room is very specious with a lot of storage, modern furniture and windows that light up the room beautifully. This room is in a 2-bed flat with a large shared toilet (which is shared with one other person - as the flat is 2 bed 1 toilet) and also includes a big kitchen (washer/dryer and dishwasher included) with a nice balcony. The kitchen also includes other appliances such as a microwave and large fridge and a TV. Again, this is only shared with one other person so there is no hassle of having too many flatmates.

The location of the apartment is amazing with mile end underground tube station (central line, hammersmith line and district line) being only a 5 min walk and many bus stops with the closest being 1 minute away. The apartment is also a 1 min walk from Sainsbury's and 5 mins from co-op and many other corner stores and restaurants such as kfc, subway, nandos, etc. Queen Mary University of London is also a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment and best of all the bills are included in the price listed.
