Looking for a female student to rent (short let) a single room in Mile End, directly opposite the Mile End campus of Queen Mary University of London. The room is available late April/early May - June 1st. The room comes with a small bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and mini fridge. There is plenty of storage space in the wardrobe, drawers on the side of the bed and shelves above the desk. It is a 5/6 minute walk to Mile End station, and a 6/7 minute walk to Stepney Green station. The flat is located above a Sainsburys local; Mile End has a variety of food places to explore and is very convenient for students. The monthly rent of £892.50 is inclusive of all bills (except council tax, as students are exempt to this). This room shares a bathroom and toilet with only one other person, and the kitchen is shared with all flatmates (total number of flatmates is 5). Please message me for more info and pictures!
