Double room on first floor in three floor terrace house. New Double bed mattress, and new large double wardrobe. Small desk and chair. Bright room. Quiet no through traffic -cul-de-sac. Sole use of bathroom ( bath and shower) when there is no guest in second bedroom on your floor.. Due to COVID no one in second bedroom. use of large well equiped kitchen/diner. Use of patio and garden.
The house is in very good shape on a quiet road with families and professionals. One of the best things about the house is it’s location. 6mins walk to Thames link station which takes you to city (interchange for jubilee line and northern line). Fastest train 15-20 mins to kings Cross St Pancras. (Usually 20mins). If the train has a bad day take a short bus ride to Mill Hill East or Edgware tube for northern line.
5-8 mins walk to the broadway for M&S/ shops/Anytime fitness gym/food/parks/green places to walk. . Two golf clubs near by. Buses direct to Finchley and Golders Green.
Your room is cleaned once a week.
This room will suit a mature person working in any profession ( including any area of law enforcement)

—Clean tidy pleasant bathroom. No clutter. You have Sole access to bathroom unless a guest occupies second bedroom on your floor (maybe three times a month).

—dinning room with view to garden-lots of space for two or more persons.
— if you drive you can park outside house or near to it. Parking permits not expensive in Barnet.
—no noisy neighbours.
What you can expect of the person you will share with.
—a very pleasant easy going owner who is up for coffee/meal with you some evenings or out for a beer/glass of wine once or twice a week. Hopefully you won’t feel like a lodger.
—early riser and early to bed during the week.
It is generally a quiet tidy house -no parties during the week.
Will consider a longer minimum stay for the right person.
