Double room with garden

I have a double room with lots of wardrobe and space for renting.
The flat is lovely with brand new kitchen ,bathroom and it’s been recently decorated and refurbished.
You have access to front and back garden where you can have a nice chat, a cup of tea , drink and barbecue with your flat mates.
There is a storage in the back garden if you have a extra stuff you can put them in there and also if you have a bicycle you can take it at the back of garden from sideway.
There is a few local shops top of the street(( off license, fish and chips, post office,...)) and bus stops (( 2 bus stops to Mill Hill East undergrad and buses for North Finchley and Edgware)).
You can use all the stuff in the kitchen ( Air fryer, Kettle, Microwave, mixer and toaster) and also there is a hot tub at the back of the garden that we use it for 3 days a week for relaxing .
There is a free Netflix account on the house with a very fast broadband and if the new tenant wants a tv , the landlord will obtain a smart tv for them.
We are located in Mill Hill close to Underground, Virgin active gym, Waitrose and Barnet Copthall Sport Center , the parking is off the road and it’s free all day .
