All inclusive bills room +gym access

Hello everyone,

My spouse and I have decided to rent out one of the rooms in our apartment, as we don’t use it very often. The apartment is brand new and located in Mill Hill East. The building also includes a gym for residents.

We also have a British Shorthair cat and a young Maltipoo puppy, both of whom are very friendly.

Please kindly note that the rental includes only the bedroom and the bathroom. Access to the living room is not included, so we would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration We would also like to kindly mention that the room is available for one person only. Occasional guests are absolutely fine, however, we would appreciate it if visits are limited to just a few nights per month

There is also plenty of free parking available on the street just 2 minutes from the building.
