I am moving into a ground floor 2 bed maisonette at the beginning on October in Camden Town.
It’s a newly refurbished place, it’s lovely and modern. There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own en suite. Large living room and kitchen and a little outside terrace. & one toilet for guests
+ dishwasher, washing and drying machine
I’m looking for another flatmate.
Price per month is £1.150 (each) excluding bills, but current tenant said they’re not too much as the flat is really economical (it’s been completely refurbished 6 months ago)
P. S. deposit is £800, not £600. That’s my mistake and can’t seem to change it! Sorry sorry!
