The flat is on the 7th floor. Very safe location - our building is part of a gated community.

All bills included (Wireless internet, Council, Gas, Electricity, Water etc.), so you don't have to worry about bills. The rent also includes a cleaner who comes fortnightly to clean the flat.

People:
Your flatmates are two lovely, friendly and social guys. One from London one from Germany (25 & 30 and both professionals). I'm very sad to leave them as it is an easy-going, respectful and harmonious life together. They are looking for a friendly person who is also easy to live with, ideally other young professionals or student..

There are Tesco, Sainsbury (1 small and 1 big one), Lidl, Aldi (soon) and M&S just around the corner. Camden Market is 8 min walk away. There are many convenient shops in the area and lots of Pubs and cafes and restaurants. Very close to Regents Park, the canals and Primrose Hill: great for the sunny days and to enjoy the best view of London! Pure gym nearby.

10-15 minutes walk to King's Cross and St. Pancras International (connection to all national and international (Eurostar) trains.)
