Double room to rent in Camden in lovely flat

I’m looking for a flatmate to rent out the double bedroom in my recently refurbished flat in Camden, a two-minute walk from Mornington Crescent tube station.

It’s a small double room but there’s loads of storage, with a built-in wardrobe, shelves and ottoman bed. The flat gets really lovely natural light, especially in the kitchen and living area, which opens onto an internal balcony. It’s surprisingly quiet and calm, while still being right by the high street, so it feels safe and easy to get around.

It is fully furnished including a washer/dryer, oven with built-in air fryer, boiling water tap and smart TV.

You’d be sharing with me, I’m 23, I work in marketing, I’m a big sports fan, and I love going out and socialising, whether that’s going for drinks, exploring new places or just grabbing coffee. That said, I’m equally happy with films and a cosy night in, and I want the flat to feel relaxed and comfortable, not just somewhere to sleep.

I’m really hoping to live with someone I can actually be friends with and have fun living together, rather than just co-exist. So I’m looking for someone like-minded - friendly, considerate, and up for making the flat feel like home.

It’s strictly non-smoking and no drugs.

Rent is £1,000 per month including all bills and a fortnightly cleaner.
