Lovely en-suite double room in gorgeous Mornington Crescent flat. This recently renovated flat in a beautiful Victorian building is a real gem because of the quality of the flat and its central location!

🏙️ The amazing location: 2 mins from Mornington Crescent Tube; 5 minutes to Regents Park (great for a run); 10 mins to Euston Station; around 15 mins to Kings Cross Station; central Camden and Fitzrovia!! I walk to my office near Tottenham Court Road.

🏠The room and flat: lovely furnished and spacious room on the ground floor with a great modern en-suite. Downstairs is a nice living room decorated with art and quality furniture, and a modern kitchen with everything you might need to cook with. Tim is taking his bed but you can buy quality new ones on IKEA for quite cheap :) the rest of the furniture is staying. The room has a lovely view of the park and the neo-Egyptian art deco Greater London House and the lane before is small and quiet.

I’m Lucien, a 27 year old working in film and TV sales. I love going to the cinema, painting, reading, cooking and going for runs. You’ll be taking Tim’s room, a friendly man in medicine, who’s happy to be in contact with you to ensure a smooth transition.

We’re looking for someone who’s social and friendly in the house, and would like occasionally to go out as a flat. We’re also looking for someone who is clean and tidy - the flat is really nice when it’s in good condition - also the agency checks we’re keeping it well every few months. We have a lovely independent landlord who always available if we need her for anything.
