We currently have 2 sizeable double bedrooms available to rent in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Mortlake, SW London.
Right by Mortlake train station with regular trains. The nearby destinations include Richmond (4 minutes) and London Waterloo (23 minutes).
The apartment includes a kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom with a separate toilet room, two double bedrooms and one larger “king sized” bedroom.
Rent is £584 per month each. With all bills (water, council tax, internet, gas and electricity and tv license) we’ve typically paid £680 per month however in the cold months (Dec - Feb) we pay £700 each to account for the additional heating and lighting required.
Sad to be moving out of this absolute gem of an apartment! To appreciate how good of a size all of the rooms are you really need to visit!
