Large living room

A large room in a comfortable house in a quiet street in Mortlake.

- The bed can be set up either as a large double (2 singles pushed together with a memory foam topper on top) or a large single (with memory foam on top - leaving more space in the room), as you prefer. Everyone who sleeps there mentions how comfortable it is.

- Large built-in cupboard to the ceiling, with hanging space and shelves, so plenty of storage. Plus there is space in the attic for further storage if required.

- Dressing table, mirror and chair.

- West-facing, so plenty of evening light.

All utility bills & WiFi included. I do ask for a contribution towards the cost of a cleaner every 2 weeks (£18) and that you pay your share of council tax (currently £106.50 pm). I cover everything else.

The house is:

- 4 mins walk from Mortlake train station (trains every 15 mins into Putney, Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo. Plus Richmond and Kingston in the other direction.

- 4 mins walk from Mortlake bus station where the 209 goes to Hammersmith Bridge every 6 mins or so, more in rush hour

- Close to the shops in Sheen Lane and the Upper Richmond Road.

- Walking distance from several good pubs, restaurants and cafes nearby

- Walking distance to the river, close to Richmond Park.

- There is on-street parking available if you have a car

A bit about me:

- I am a healer and a Finance Director. I work from home, but am often out during the day and in the evening with clients.

- I've lived here for 6 years and live a much quieter life than I used to.

- I do still drink alcohol and eat meat so those items will be in the house.

- I'm friendly and sociable and enjoy life. I'm very easy going and am looking to share the house with someone with a similar approach to life.
