Double Room in SW14 - Monday to Friday

Bright comfortable double room available for single occupancy from Monday to Friday..

Barnes Bridge Station is 10 minutes walk, Mortlake is 12 minutes walk. Trains go directly into Waterloo via Clapham Junction or toward Richmond. Buses nearby go to Richmond, Hammersmith, Putney and beyond.

The room is in a purpose built Edwardian 'maisonette' on first and second floors. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair and wardrobe space. Bathroom is nearby with shower, wash-hand basin, loo and heated towel rail (I have my own bathroom upstairs and so only use the first floor bathroom occasionally). The kitchen is fully equipped with double oven, hob, dish-washer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine. The flat has central heating and good WiFi. There is also a small garden. Bills will be reviewed quarterly.

Linens provided and washed every 2nd week (8 rental nights).

I am a women who works full-time from home (in my study). I have lived in the area for nearly 30 years and enjoy all it has to offer: river walks, Richmond Park, Barnes Green and Common, local shops. There are plenty of local restaurants and pubs with good food. Apart from independent shops we have Sainsbury's local, Tesco Metro, M&S Food Hall and a larger Waitrose in East Sheen.

The street has a residents only parking restriction Monday to Friday 9am to 11am.

I am looking to rent the room to a professional aged 28+ (no students) who needs a mid-week base. Preferably a reasonably tidy person!
