The property is done to a high standard throughout and is managed professionally.

The property is strictly a three-bed. Whilst I would stay in the larger room, there is a generously sized second bedroom and as we’d be sharing the rent equally, you’d also have the third smaller bedroom which could be a great study or dressing room!

The flat has a separate kitchen and living room and a modern shower room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and Miele tumble dryer.

There is a beautiful communal garden with a pear tree and wild flowers 🌺

I am a lawyer and work remotely and at home. I’d really like to share with another professional woman who has her own networks and social life but would also be happy to hang out in the flat or go for dinner and drinks.

Furnishings and move in date can be discussed.

Barnes is a fab place to be - there’s so many great independent bars and restaurants and a beautiful river path for running and walking.
