The room is an average double bedroom; comes furnished with solid wood bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, and sidetable. It overlooks the garden and green space beyond, and gets direct sunlight in the evening but is bright all day. You are allowed to decorate as you wish.

The house includes a shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and big garden. The kitchen is appointed with a gas cooker, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer. We have very good water pressure in the shower, and the house warms up quickly.

Convenient for travel into central London (within an hour to central). Right next to bus stops, 10 mins to Mottingham and Grove park station. Two off-road parking spaces available.

But the area is best for its natural beauty: surrounded by forests and close to a big football field. With all the lovely hiking trails around and the open space behind the house you'll have all convenience of living in London without the claustrophobia.

All bills included (wifi, electric, gas, water). No hidden or further costs.

No agency involved; lodgers contract directly with me (lead tenant).

Pets will be considered if reptiles/ fish/ small: no cats or dogs.

Must be LGBTQ+ Friendly.

Current tenants are a couple (Teaching trainee, administer) and me (Actor). It's a pleasantly social but pretty quiet household- we're friendly but give each other personal space. The household is meat-free and we get a communal veg box every week. Hopefully more veggies will be coming from the garden over summer.
