A spacious double room is available in a modern, well-maintained 3-bedroom house for a short-term 4-month stay — from 1st December 2025 to 31st March 2026.
All bills included.

You’ll be sharing with one other tidy, professional lodger for most of the period, as I’m the homeowner and will be travelling. The house remains my primary residence, and I’ll return periodically during the agreement for very short stints between trips.

Located in a quiet, friendly area, the property is ideally positioned:
• 5 minutes by bus to Sainsbury’s supermarket
• 5–8 minutes by bus to Mottingham Station (2 minute walk to the bus stop, with 3 routes)
• 15–17 minutes’ walk to the station or 20 minutes to Sainsbury’s if you prefer walking.

Lodger Agreement Details:
• Fixed-term: 4 months (no extension beyond 31 March 2026)
• Deposit: Equivalent to 3 weeks’ rent
• All bills included (council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi)
• Non-smokers only
• This is a lodger’s agreement, not a tenancy.
• While I am travelling, the property remains my main home, and you’ll be sharing with one existing lodger (professional, respectful, tidy).
