It has a double bed, memory foam mattress, built-in wardrobe, few cupboards, it's own separate private kitchenette with all the kitchenware, oven, kettle, toaster, etc.., it has it's own private shower / bathroom + toilet. All the bills are included included 1GB wi-fi, heating, gas, electricity, water, council tax, tv license, cleaning of common areas, and private gated parking at the back of the house.

The room is bright and overlooking Dorset Road. The nearest train station is Mottingham, about 5 minutes walk to the station. The area has all the shops, takeaways, post office, 3 minutes walk to a brand new Lidl store, etc.. The cost of the room is £1,100 per month inclusive all the bills (no need to pay any bill).

The occupier can additionally use a large kitchen, fridge, freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, one separate bathroom, two toilets, that are based on below floors (shared).

The area - Mottingham train station is located in zone 4 area South East. Trains run every 3-5 minutes during peak hours. All trains go to London Bridge (3 stops / 16 minutes) and from there they either go to Charing Cross or Cannon Street. It's a quiet area with lots of nice houses around and with plenty of parks and walks to enjoy (Royal Tarn, Crossharbour, Sports Ground, Fairy Hill, Royal Blackheath Golf Club, etc). Right next to the station there's A20 motorway that leads to Central London (about 10 min drive to Blackwall Tunnel / Greenwich O2 arena). For those who like going to the gym, Bannatynes Health Centre isn't that far away, or alternatively nearby football pitch and Golf Club for those who like weekend action.

The common areas of the house are cleaned regularly by the professional cleaner.
