Medium sized room is £655 (has lots of built-in storage space)
Bills average around £60pp (gas/electric/internet/council tax/water)
It’s a super chilled area with loads of trees around, great transport links (DLR to Jubilee Line & regular all-night buses). We have a large living room, spacious kitchen, 2x bathrooms, a garden, BBQ and every room has these nice window sills (which are AMAZING to chill on in the summer). We're super super sad to be leaving but we're taking aa break from the city.
House consists of 1 guy (23) and a girl (26) in a relaxed but social household, nice and clean too!
We’re looking for a friendly students or young working professionals to join the house, preferably between 18-28. Bills will reduce if you’re a student due to council tax! There’s also no agency or deposit! :)
