Cozy room in social, musical house - Jan-Jun '26

We're offering a cozy room in a lovely, sociable house, for six months: January to June 2026.

The current housemates are freelance working professionals, two of whom are musicians. We love coffee, music, and wii golf. We often socialise in the spacious shared living area, but everyone also has their own lives and freelance careers, so we respect each other's private time too.

Ideally, you would be:
- sociable (keen to become a part of the house!)
- tidy and respectful (this is a big one, especially after a previous bad experience!)
- NOT A COUPLE (this is a room for one person only)
- and it would probably help if you were creative/musical!

This is a sublet whilst I take some time out of London. £800/month covers rent and bills, and must be paid to me on or before the last day of the month so that I can make payments for the following month (first payment on 31st Dec). Rent and bills will remain in my name, including council tax.
