Cozy Loft Room, 20 Min Walk to Canary Wharf

Looking for a young female professional to join a houseshare starting 1st May (date flexible, can be between 1st May and 1st June).

Bills are roughly £80pm (and fixed! so no unexpected hikes!) and council tax is shared so is only £30, bargain!

The room is on the third floor, there is one other room opposite but its very private and has 2 loft rooms so is very vibey. There is a shared bathroom with one other girl on the second floor, and there's a built in wardrobe as well as a desk that fits in the alcove.

We're looking for a friendly face to join in on brunch, walks, coffee runs, kitchen yaps and telly time on an evening.

The house is 20 mins walking to Canary Wharf (Jubillee and Lizzie line), 5 mins from Mudchute/Island Gardens DLR and the 277/135/550/D7 buses stop outside. So super well connected! Big Asda a 10 min walk away, Aldi city store is across in Greenwich (20 min walk or 5 mins DLR).

The area is very quiet and residential, but there are a few cutie pubs and we have a little garden. We also have a cat! He is a cheeky and shy boy called Bagel, and he mostly stays in his mum's room!

The tenancy expires Aug 11, though this could potentially be extended.
