Double Room with Private Balcony - Munster Village

Hi,

I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in a 5-bed house in Munster Village, Fulham. Short or long stay welcome.

The Room
* It’s a bright, spacious double with a private south-facing balcony/terrace - perfect for catching the sun all year round and relaxing with a coffee.
* The terrace is next to a quiet side street and isn’t overlooked, so it’s a really peaceful space.
* The outdoor furniture and some of the room furnishings belong to me but I’d be happy to negotiate a price to leave any items behind.

The House

* It’s a 5-floor house, so there’s loads of space, including two bathrooms per floor (you only share the shower with one other person and have a private toilet).
* The basement is a brilliant multi-purpose space with a huge sofa - we currently use as a social/gym area.
* The large kitchen/dining and utility room space is fully equipped with 2 fridges, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and loads of storage, so you’ll never feel cramped.
* You’ll be sharing with four professionals aged up 25-35. Everyone’s super friendly, clean, and respectful but we tend to keep to ourselves.

The Location

* Munster Village is such a great area. There are loads of shops and food spots just a short walk away, and you’ve got easy access to:
* Barons Court, West Brompton, Earls Court, Parsons Green, and Hammersmith stations (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City Lines).
* Close to parks and the river which is perfect if you enjoy going on walks.
* Quiet, safe area with mostly family / young professionals - great if you like a bit of peace while still being close to the city.

The Details

* Rent is inclusive of all bills: £1250 per month
* Tenancy until: 18/08/25 with the option extend/renew.
* Available immediately.
