The area is safe, close to some beautiful parks and local amenities. shops for local needs in nearby Muswell Hill Broadway or a bus ride to Wood Green or crouch end.
The flat is adjacent to bus stops towards Bounds Green or Muswell Hill Broadway and Highgate.
Bounds Green tube (Piccadilly line) is 10 mins walk or 5 mins by bus , Highgate station (Northern line) is 14 mins away by bus and Muswell Hill Broadway is 10 minute walk or 5 mins by bus.
Rent is £487.50 Bills approximately £100 pcm which includes council tax band C, WiFi and water. Gas and electric.
Deposit is one month rent which is held by the agency.
