Lovely double room in amazing area - zone 3

Our housemate will sadly be moving out soon, so we’re looking for someone fun & responsible to join us in our amazing house.

The house is in Muswell Hill, which is a great area. It feels a bit like a suburb/village but is only 20mins away from central London by tube (Northern Line). We have various buses that stop within 5mins from our house, some of which run 24h. The house is also 5mins away from various shops - grocery-wise you can choose from Sainsbury’s, Planet Organic, M&S and a little Waitrose (the latter is a 10min walk). The gym is just up the road, as is an Everyman cinema. There are also lots of great little restaurants or pubs that are just 5-10mins away.

The house itself is in a quiet residential area. We have a garden on one side of the house and a patio on the other one. There are 3 bedrooms, as well as a spacious living room & kitchen. The latter two are connected but can be separated by moving panels. Our kitchen is fully stocked and we have a dishwasher, washing machine & tumble-dryer.
We have one bathroom with a toilet and bathtub/shower and another one with just a toilet. There’s also lots of storage space in the house.

The room that’s going to be available from the 11th October is a double room, which comes with a high-level bed and a big wardrobe. The rent for the room is £700/month and bills come to roughly £150/month. They include gas & electricity, council tax, internet & cleaner (comes every 2 weeks). Water bills are excluded.

A little bit more info about us: We are Tom - 25-year-old graphic designer/animator - and Fran - 30-year-old senior account manager working in film advertising. We have the occasional movie night and dinner together but also respect each other’s privacy.
