Double room in a 3 bed flat in N10

We are looking for a woman to join us in our lovely flat located in Muswell Hill, walk distance to the high street where you can find supermarkets, shops, pubs, and different amenities. Really close to Highgate Station (northern line) and night buses just on the door. The room is already available.

We are 2 Spanish women in our late 30´s. We are living in London for around 4 years. We work as nanny and IT. We like cooking and sharing a dinner with a glass of wine now and then but this is not a party house.

We are living in the flat for a year, and is a home for us. Sadly one of us is leaving us to move with her boyfriend, so we hope to find someone to join our team. Looking for a professional, preferably in her 30's, sociable and also considerate of others, regarding noise and keeping the flat tidy as we do.

Price is per month and includes all the bills, toilet paper, kitchen paper and cleaning/laundry products. Includes also Netflix and a cleaner coming every other week.
