Double bedroom available in bright top floor flat in Muswell Hill. Beautiful, leafy area of London which is only 10 minutes walk to Alexandra Palace.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The living room/kitchen is bright and airy with a cosy feel. The bathroom has good water pressure and shower over a bath. There are wooden floors in all main rooms. There are 4 flats in the building and the neighbours are very friendly and willing to help with parcel deliveries etc.

1 minute walk from Muswell Hill Broadway which has a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops and a cinema. 2 minutes walk from bus stops that will take you toward Highgate station, Bounds Green or Finsbury Park if you require the tube into town.

You would be sharing with a 41yr old woman who works freelance in theatre stage management. I work different work patterns regularly and often long hours so would like to find someone who enjoys a quiet, tidy home that is somewhere to relax and recharge!
