Hi,

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a large double room in a 2 bed flat.

THE FLAT

This is a large two bed flat (ground floor), in a very nice and quiet area in Muswell Hill. It has a good size kitchen and a small bathroom, the bedroom is a furnished large double room with a built in wardrobe and wide windows!
The living room is very spacious with wide windows and lots of light.

There is parking space in front of the flat (first come first serve basis)

THE AREA

Muswell Hill is probably one of the nicest areas in London, noticeably quiet and safe. There are lots of restaurants and shops around. Gym within walking distance, as well as Alexandra Palace Park and a couple of woods.
We are within 30 seconds walking distance from Alexandra Park Road bus stop. (134 and 43 both 24hr buses)
It takes about 10 minutes by bus from here to Highgate Station (Northern line), and less than 10 minutes to Bounds Green station.
It takes about 45 minutes from here to Old Street station in rush hour.

RENT and BILLS

The flat is managed by an agent, they are really good and have always been helpful. The current rent is £650 and includes the bills (Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax)
There is a deposit of £500 which is fully refundable upon moving out on the condition that nothing is damaged at the end of tenancy!

ABOUT ME

My name is Farshad and I currently live in the flat.
I work as a Software Developer in central London. I'm quite sporty and enjoy going to the gym, play tennis or do outdoor activities. I also do a lot of photography in my spare time, love art and music!
Hiking, Reading, Movies, Art galleries, Wildlife and Documentaries are some of my interests :)
Always up for a nice conversation, a drink or a fun cinema night either at home or out in the city.

I’m looking for a like-minded flatmate. I was living with my best friend here, so we have always seen the flat as a family home rather than a flat share. Hence, I am looking for a nice, quiet and respectful person, who also helps to keep the flat clean, nice and tidy.
