The flat is compact but very characterful and is a garden flat sitting quietly at the back of shops. It's in the heart of Muswell Hill, a vibrant, social community, full of cafes and surrounded by interesting shops - Bike shops, antiques, Planet organic and an Everyman cinema.

Transport wise, the flat sits half way between Highgate tube or East FInchley tube ( 15 minute walk either way ) and the 134/42/102 and 234 buses are on the doorstep.

There are a lot of woods and green walks around Muswell Hill: Highgate woods with cafe, Queens Woods, Ally Pally and a stones throw from Hampstead Heath.

I am in the Creative Industries having a studio and projects elsewhere. I am looking for good natured people who are working professionals or academics for a harmonious and respectful living situation.
