Double Room / Friendly Houseshare

Hello everyone,

We currently have 1 room in our lovely house in Muswell hill, with 4 Wicked housemates.

Its a detached house in Colney hatch area a 15 minute walk into beautiful Muswell Hill. Its a spacious house with shared living room, large Kitchen and garden area with decking. It has its own drive way to fit 1 car, one of the current flatmates has a car but there is free on street parking.

A bit about the room- 501 PCM ....
Its a roof room so has some roof features in the ceiling which isnt an issue at all as the room is rather large. It comes with double bed and matress , desk, drawers and a wardrobe. Being at the top of the house it is a quiet space to relax and sleep. It also has a lovely view, particularly beautiful at night time. The room I think is perfect for working at home, and the kitchen is great to sit in and do work with a big window next to it.

A bit about the housemates...
You would be living with ruadhri an irish estate agent, he is super lovely chatty and always up for a cheeky bevvy. Josh who works for government, he is really easy going, always up for a chat, miekalie is a carribean dancer also super lovely. He is super bubbley and easy to get on with, April who works for a special needs school who is super lovely aswell.

We like to get together for drinks on the odd occassion and with the garden its a great place to chill in summer for BBQs and drinks.
Looking for someone likeminded, chilled easy going and socialble.

Important Information....
The bills are done internal between you which comes to around £75 ish pounds each ( including wifi, council tax, water and gas and electricty)

Theres plenty of Bus stops around one a 10 minute walk which is a ten minute bus to highgate station ( northern line ) which is 25 minutes into central london. If you drive its perfect to get on the north circular which gets you onto all the main motorways.
