I have a large double room available in a light Edwardian spacious flat in central Muswell Hill from 29th August.

The bedroom has a really good feel to it (so does the flat). There is a large wardrobe and double bed (both 1-year-old), plenty of space to add another wardrobe and table/desk, the room has secondary glazing with a great view over The Broadway.

We have a spacious lounge/dining room that separates both bedrooms allowing for privacy. The kitchen is roomy and well equipped plus we have a large bathroom with a bath/shower. The flat itself has plenty of light and overlooks The Broadway with shops, cafes, and restaurants below.

It's a great flat to live in, everyone who visits always remarks how large it is and what a superb location! Plus, if you love film (which I do) it's just 5 mins walk to The Everyman Cinema :). I've lived here for almost 6 years and love the area. The flat is just 10mins walk from Alexandra Palace and Highgate Woods with both East Finchley and Highgate Tube stations nearby.

I’m a 40-year-old PA who loves film, art, and general culture. I’d love to share this place with someone who is easy-going and laid back, likes the odd film night 😊 and will treat this place as their home.
