We are looking to fill our double room in our spacious house in Muswell Hill.

Very large home in the heart of Muswell Hill. We are all friendly and respect each others personal space. Everyone is a working professional and the house is mostly quiet. We keep the house very clean and I have plenty of cookware, crockery and appliances for everyone to use, including a coffee machine, washing machine and dryer.

We also have a black Cat called Nazia.

ABOUT THE ROOM:

The bedroom is fully furnished including a double bed, large desk, sofa, built in wardrobe and shelving unit. Large double windows flooding the room with natural light! There is aslo a shared living space, bathroom, bathtub and shower and kitchen including a huge garden. All bills included. High speed broadband included.

TRANSPORT:

Very good transport links with the nearest train station East Finchley station, a 15 minute walk, or 5 minute bus ride.
The bus stop is 30 seconds down the road, so its very convenient for travelling to central London.

Shops:

MUSWELL HILL BROADWAY, a 5-10 minute walk.
Sainsbury’s, Planet organic, M&S, Waitrose, yo sushi, EVERYMAN CINAMA, holland and barret, boots, cafe Nero, Starbucks, and MORE!

There is also a nature reserve 1 min short walk from the house thats wonderful for taking walks. Its flooded with huge trees, streams, little wooden bridges and singing birds.
